Ingredients
  

  • 1 block firm tofu pressed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cube the tofu and marinate it in olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for at least 4 hours.
