Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix ground flaxseed, whole flaxseed, salt, and garlic powder. Stir in water until a thick mixture forms.
Spread the mixture thinly onto the prepared baking sheet using a spatula.
Score into cracker shapes with a knife or pizza cutter. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until firm and crispy.
Cool completely before breaking into crackers.
