Classic Seeded Crackers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour or gluten-free flour blend
  • 1/4 cup mixed seeds sesame, flax, sunflower, etc.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water plus more as needed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix the flour, seeds, salt, and garlic powder. Add olive oil and water, stirring until a dough forms.
  • Roll the dough out thinly between two sheets of parchment paper. Remove the top sheet and cut into squares or desired shapes.
  • Transfer the crackers to the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Cool before serving.
