Cashew Cream Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw cashews soaked for 4 hours or boiled for 10 minutes
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup water adjust for desired consistency
  • Fresh herbs like chives or dill for mixing

  • Drain and rinse the soaked cashews. Blend with lemon juice, garlic, salt, and water until smooth and creamy.
