Almond Ricotta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup blanched almonds soaked for 4 hours or boiled for 10 minutes
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Blend the almonds with nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic, water, and salt until crumbly but creamy.
