Perfect for Nachos

  • 1 cup raw cashews soaked for 4 hours or boiled for 10 minutes
  • 1 1/2 cups water adjust for desired consistency
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
